Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year from the Michigan Ross Admissions team!

Both the new year and applying for an MBA are a reflective moment. Please take this time to continue to think about your goals, the impact you want to make, and how an MBA could be the next step in your journey. Just know the Ross team is here to support you every step of the way. Here's to a year of growth, opportunity, and new beginnings—let's make it a great one together!

The admissions team is currently underway conducting “first reads” of applications. This means reviewing applications to determine who to invite for Round 2 interviews. We anticipate the invitations for alumni-led evaluative interviews will be sent by February 3rd (or by January 27th for Consortium applicants).

All interviews this year are being conducted virtually by Ross alums, with a limited number being conducted by admissions officers. After the interview period, applicants will also receive an additional evaluation. This evaluation will determine the status outcome of your application. If you are admitted, we will call you on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, March 11-13, with official admit information sent via email on Friday, March 14. As always, there is no special order to the calls other than our efforts to be mindful of time zones.  Round 2 applicants who are not admitted will receive either a “waitlist” or “deny” decision on March 14.

If your application is still a work in progress, never fear: you still have time to apply this year. Our final deadline for Round 3 is March 24. Watch our video series for application tips
