MDining has recently developed and instituted new sustainable procurement purchasing standards and guidelines. With new procurement standards being implemented, there is a need to develop a strategy for implementation and execution, tracking and oversight system that procurement staff can use to measure the effectiveness and impact of these standards (process rollout planning).
