Dean Matusik Featured on CBS Detroit's Michigan Matters TV Show
Sharon F. Matusik, Edward J. Frey Dean of Business, joined Carol Cain, MBA ‘95, on Michigan Matters this week. The duo discussed the hallmarks of a Ross education, how Ross faculty and students are helping Detroit businesses, and technological advancements in education.
Dean Matusik highlighted the opportunities that education creates for students. She elaborated on the “calling card” of a Ross education that differentiates the school from other acclaimed institutions. She noted four themes: action, impact, excellence, and community. Dean Matusik also talked about Ross and University of Michigan programs that are supporting local entrepreneurs and economic development in Detroit, including the Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project and U-M Center for Innovation.
