"I think the reason I'm still excited at Google is why I was excited at Ross. I am challenged with new information that really mattered, that was impacting billions of people around the world."

Not only does the insight and knowledge gained at Ross impact the world, it also had a profound impact on Michael himself.

"By the time you get to your senior year," he says, "you realize that all these different subjects have not only served to craft you as a well-rounded individual, but also to have a well-rounded perspective of how businesses operate, individually and in a larger context.

"I was kept on my feet for four years, so I'm not too surprised that I pursued an opportunity at a company that was going to pretty much do the same."
