Amita joined the Executive Education team at Michigan Ross in 2025 as the Director of India Programs and is based in Dubai, UAE. In her role, she works closely with the Custom Solutions and Open Enrollment teams to support existing businesses and develop new opportunities within India and the region.

Amita is a globally experienced, award-winning HR strategist. With nearly two decades of leadership across IT, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate, she blends behavioural insight, strategic HR, and financial expertise—backed by triple master’s degrees (MSc Psychology, MBA HR, M.Com Finance). In her very recent role as the Global Head of Talent, Leadership & Organisation Development at Tech Mahindra, and prior leadership tenure with the Mahindra Group, Amita designed and led transformative global leadership and executive education programs, including "Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track (MALT)" and "LeadHership", delivered in partnership with institutions such as Carnegie Mellon University & JOMBAY.

She also spearheaded the launch of AI-enabled employee engagement platforms, established global ethics frameworks, and launched a global ethics helpline to strengthen organisational culture and governance across 14 group companies worldwide. Her work spans geographies, driving talent strategy, leadership development, and culture building at scale.

Recognized with awards like “Millennial Coach of the Year” and the “Allyship Award,” Amita is certified in ICF coaching, Positive Psychology, and tools like Harrison, DISC Assessment, FIRO-B, and OPQ32. Passionate about inclusive growth and ethical governance, she helps organizations unlock human potential and achieve lasting impact.
