Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith joined the Michigan Ross Executive Education team in June 2025 as the Corporate Accounts Director, where he is dedicated to building strong, collaborative relationships with corporate clients. His focus is on thoroughly understanding each organization’s unique challenges and goals to develop tailored executive education solutions that deliver impactful and measurable results.

Prior to joining Ross, Ryan spent 15 years at Ryder in operations and business development roles within logistics and fleet management. In these roles, he focused on managing key client relationships, developing strategic business partnerships, and creating customized solutions for companies in the automotive, food & beverage, manufacturing, and logistics industries.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker College and an MBA from Colorado State University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Ryan enjoys beekeeping, gardening, exploring the outdoors, and watching University of Michigan football.
