Find out why the Ross MM is ranked No. 1 in the U.S. by QS World University Rankings.
Add a foundation in business to your liberal arts, science, or engineering degree with a Michigan Ross Master of Management.
For non-business majors who are graduating this year or completed their undergraduate studies less than two years ago, this 10-month program offers an action-based curriculum, high-impact leadership development, and a dynamic, purposely-designed career search preparation program to power your potential and help you land your ideal job.
Developed for liberal arts, science, and engineering majors, the innovative, 10-month Ross MM is designed to complement your undergraduate education with a rigorous curriculum covering all functional areas of business.
The MM Program partners with Ross’ Sanger Leadership Center to provide action-based seminars such as the Leadership Crisis Challenge, Story Lab, and Legacy Lab, which build the character and skills necessary to excel throughout your career.
Our goal is to ensure that you achieve your vision of success. MM students have received offers in diverse industries — including consulting, technology, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and the public sector.
Bring your business education and leadership lessons to life in fieldwork and company visits, including courses taught in key business regions around the world. Work with real companies on real problems as you integrate all you’ve learned into one experience.
