Jeffrey E. Jarrett, BBA '62, is now the former Chairperson of the Department of Management Science at the University of Rhode Island. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan and New York University where he studied with W. Edwards Deming, among others. He has published extensively in: The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Finance and the Management Science Journal. Further, he presented many research papers at international and national conferences. At the end of this academic year, (2019-2020), he will retire from the faculty at URI/COB after 55 years in academic life, the last 49 at URI. He authored 6 books and about 250 academic publications.  Est. 3.2020
