Before applying to Ross, I worked in PwC Consulting under the Workforce Transformation practice - providing solutions to our clients immediate and emerging business and human capital challenges. Prior to that, I was employed as a Recruiter and HR Business Partner at the biggest technology conglomerate in Southeast Asia, helping grow and maintain the employees in the business.

I applied to business school because I wanted to learn more about different industries, particularly consumer products, and refine my leadership skills. I chose Ross because of their action-based learning, appreciation for leadership and organizations, Marketing, HR, and Consulting recruitment placements, and the unmatched University of Michigan network. After being here firsthand, my favorite part has definitely been the supportive community and collaborative culture Ross has been able to foster.
