Archik Raje

After growing up in Colorado, I moved south for undergrad to the University of Texas at Austin, where I studied mechanical engineering. I stayed in the state after graduation, moving to Houston to work in the offshore oil and gas industry. I worked for OneSubsea, which is owned by the oilfield services giant SLB. I was fortunate enough to work with great people all over the world in this role.

I chose Ross for a multitude of reasons, and after working with great people to realize how important it is, the biggest reason why I chose Ross was because of the people. We take care of each other and help out when needed, and the connections you build help you quickly build a community in a large school environment. Professionally, Ross provides great consulting and energy opportunities in any geographic location from its large alumni base - a big selling point for me who likes to move around.

In between the Ross activities, I love to watch my favorite sports teams (Colorado professional teams, Texas & Michigan collegiate teams), playing 1-minute chess games, and cooking.
