I’ve always been a problem solver, which is why studying mathematics in college felt like a natural choice for me. I love finding solutions to complex problems, whether they’re societal, business-related, or personal. While in college, I co-founded an NGO aimed at bridging the education gap for children in rural communities—an effort to tackle a societal challenge close to my heart.
After college, I joined Unilever as a Brand Marketing Manager. My role involved developing brand strategies, conducting competitive analysis, understanding consumer insights, and leading cross-functional teams on innovation projects. This position was a perfect fit for me as it allowed me to solve business challenges through marketing.
As I looked to scale my problem-solving skills on a global level, I realized I needed to close certain skill gaps, which led me to pursue an MBA. Ross stood out to me for its hands-on learning through the MAP program, international exchange programs, and leadership training at the Sanger Leadership Institute. The collaborative culture at Ross also appealed to me, as I believe diverse perspectives are crucial to solving today’s business challenges.
Outside of work, I’m an explorer at heart. I have a personal goal to visit 40 countries before I turn 40, documenting the unique cultures and cuisines along the way. Ann Arbor’s rich food scene, with its restaurants and wineries, is a perfect place for me to continue my explorations.
During my application journey, I received incredible support from the Ross community—students and alumni alike. I’m eager to pay it forward by helping prospective students navigate their path with the right information and guidance.
