Kushagra Saxena

My name is Kushagra, born and raised in India. I hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, and my passion for combining technology with business emerged during my time working as a product manager at Oracle, where I helped banks implement digital solutions to drive financial inclusion and wellness.

Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work on a range of technology-driven projects in the tech space, from strategizing the development of a digital banking platform to leading initiatives that enhanced product security and user engagement. My experiences have allowed me to engage with stakeholders at various levels, solve complex technical challenges, and create meaningful impact in the industry.

Looking ahead, my goal is to become a management consultant, generalist for a couple of years and move towards digital consulting. I am focused on gaining more hands-on experience in consulting and building a global perspective on digital strategies.

I chose Ross because of its strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and the unparalleled support of its community. The extensive Michigan alumni network and the opportunities to engage with classmates and faculty from diverse backgrounds make Ross an ideal place to hone my skills and grow both personally and professionally.

In my time at Ross, I look forward to collaborating on innovative projects, participating in diverse experiences, and continuing my passion for traveling and exploring new places. Outside of academics, I’m excited to meet new people, experience Ann Arbor, and contribute to the Ross community.
