Sanchit Agarwal
Raised in Delhi, I've always been fueled by curiosity and a desire to create impact. My journey took off at NSIT, where I majored in engineering and founded 2 social entrepreneurship ventures, discovering firsthand how technology could drive sustainable impact. This passion for solving complex challenges led me to consulting, where I helped CPG giants craft strategies from marketing innovation to driving sales growth.
Eventually, this fascination brought me to Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer company. There, I led digital transformations and managed procurement strategies across continents, collaborating with VPs and reimagining operations. I pushed for greener supply chains, launching initiatives to reduce carbon emissions.
Throughout my career, I've learned that transformation is about people as much as technology. That’s what brought me to Michigan. At Ross, the action-based, multi-disciplinary learning and collaborative environment aren't just buzzwords - they’re real tools that help sharpen your cross-functional expertise, elevate your management acumen, and shape you into a better leader.
Outside classroom, you can find me pushing myself physically, whether it’s swimming, tennis, squash, or lately, taking on pickleball. I've also recently picked up improv and salsa dancing as my creative outlets (though, my salsa moves are still a work in progress).
Above all, I'm a curious soul. I'd love to hear your story, answer any questions about Michigan Ross, or just have a fun chat about Wolverine culture.
