Organizations and the New World of Work --- This course equips MBA students to manage through the AI transition by examining how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations, work, and the workforce. Across four sessions, students analyze real companies through the lenses of organizational structure, culture, social networks, and change management - building a practical toolkit for navigating and leading in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
