Strategies for Sustainable Development --- This course will cover the basic concepts by which corporation address important sustainability issues and offer content to prepare students for the cutting edge issues that are on the horizon. In the first category, we will cover issues like the triple bottom line, sustainability reporting, impact investing, the LOHAS consumer, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, sustainable operations and competitive strategy. In the second category, we will cover issues like the circular economy, the sharing economy, human rights, conflict minerals, alternative economies, and sustainable consumption.
