Naimish Patel
Naimish Patel is General Partner of Providus Capital Partners and Chairman/Co-Founder of Seva Dental Team. Providus is pursuing a build-up strategy in the architecture and engineering industry. Seva Dental Team is a newly launched high growth dental support organization affiliating with general dental practices. Previously, Naimish Patel was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tru Family Dental, a dental support organization supporting 30 successful neighborhood dental practices that provided lifetime quality care in private practice settings. Tru Family Dental, co-founded by Naimish in 2014 with a single location, was sold to Heartland Dental in December 2020. Naimish built an exceptional management team, scalable operating infrastructure and led a disciplined execution strategy that delivered outstanding results for shareholders, team members and patients. In his capacity as Senior Advisor to Long Point Capital, a middle market leveraged buyout firm, Naimish served on the Board of Directors of UMA Enterprises and Cumming Corporation. Previously, Naimish was Managing Director of CITG Capital, a private equity firm he established that focused on investing capital on behalf of an entrepreneurial family office. Before joining CITG Capital, Naimish was a Principal at Long Point Capital where he led acquisitions of two successful platform companies. Prior to Long Point Capital, Naimish was an Investment Analyst at Frontenac Company, a Chicago based private equity firm. Naimish began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in its New York City office. Naimish received a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA with honors from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
Naimish is currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jax Kar Wash, a TRP Capital portfolio company. He also is an Adjunct Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department at the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan).
Personally, Naimish is married and has two teenage sons. He enjoys spending time with them in their various sports activities, travelling the world and sharing teachings from ancient Vedic literatures.
