Donna Humphrey‑DeLosh
Donna Humphrey‑DeLosh serves as the managing director of the Executive MBA Program at the Ross School of Business, where she provides strategic leadership for one of the school’s flagship graduate programs. In her role, she draws on deep expertise in career advancement, talent development, academic leadership, and executive coaching to support experienced professionals pursuing advanced business education.
Donna has played a pivotal role in shaping the career development ecosystem for Executive MBA students and alumni at Michigan Ross. Before being named managing director, she progressed through several key leadership roles within the school’s career services and EMBA career advancement functions, including associate director and Career Coach for Executive MBA and EMBA alumni, and senior associate director of EMBA Career Advancement. In these positions, she was instrumental in advising students and alumni on career strategy, industry transitions, leadership development, and professional growth.
In addition to her internal leadership contributions, Donna supports the Executive MBA program across its multiple locations, including Ann Arbor and Los Angeles. She engages with students and alumni at both sites and participates in residencies and program events, helping to maintain strong connections across the EMBA community.
Prior to her tenure at Michigan, Donna served as vice president, Career and Talent Management Consultant and executive coach at Talent Solutions Right Management, where she helped organizations address talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
Donna holds a Master of Arts from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. She has been recognized for her long‑standing service at Michigan Ross.
