Celebrating A Year of Momentum Across the Ross One-Year Master’s Programs
As I reflect on my first few months with the Ross One-Year Master’s Programs, I am continually inspired by the energy, purpose, and heart of this community. Since joining the OYM team in October, I have had the privilege of meeting our remarkable student leaders, witnessing firsthand the breadth of student-led programming, and engaging with faculty who are deeply committed to creating best-in-class curriculum and transformative learning experiences. Every interaction reaffirmed what makes this ecosystem so special: a shared commitment to excellence, impact, and the greater good.
Equally meaningful has been the opportunity to work alongside the extraordinary OYM staff. This team of professionals, who pour their time, creativity, and dedication into supporting our students, is truly inspiring. Whether advising, planning events, building community, or offering one-on-one support, they consistently go above and beyond.
This December, I also had the honor of joining one of our most cherished OYM traditions: a holiday giving initiative that extends beyond Ross and into the broader Ann Arbor community. Together, the OYM staff came together to support multiple local families in need, demonstrating the compassion and generosity that define our team.
As we close out the fall semester, the OYM Programs have so much to celebrate, from impressive career results and student leadership milestones to community engagement and program innovations. This year has showcased the true power of the Ross OYM community: our students’ ambition, our faculty’s and alumni’s dedication, and our staff’s unwavering commitment to supporting every learner’s journey.
