Michigan Ross Among Top 10 Business Schools in Poets&Quants 2025-26 MBA Ranking
The Ross School of Business placed No. 9 among the best full-time MBA programs in the United States in Poets&Quants’ 2025-26 ranking.
The Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA Program earned the No. 9 spot out of 100 domestic business school peers included in the ranking. Ross has placed among P&Q’s top 15 schools for the past nine out of 10 years.
The P&Q ranking selects top schools based on a composite of weighted rankings from other sources. For 2025, they considered U.S. News & World Report at 35%, the Financial Times at 30%, Bloomberg Businessweek at 15%, and the Princeton Review and LinkedIn at 10% each. The strong rankings for Michigan Ross in each this year helped it take one of the top spots in P&Q’s final evaluation.
“We greatly appreciate Poets&Quants naming our Full-Time MBA Program as one of the best nationwide,” said Matt Ganderson, managing director of the Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA Program. “This accomplishment speaks to the dedication of our faculty and staff in shaping a community where innovation, collaboration, and ambition thrive, and to the impact our students and alumni are making by putting action-based learning into practice as leaders in business.”
This year’s Full-Time MBA Class of 2027 comprises 379 students. Twenty-two percent of the class are first-generation students, and 9% are pursuing a dual degree. The class also comes from 32 countries and 31 U.S. states, representing a diverse range of industries, from finance and consulting to media and hospitality.
This breadth of perspectives and experiences is a hallmark of the Michigan Ross Full-Time MBA Program and a key ingredient in the community’s success before and after graduation. By bringing together students from diverse professional backgrounds and pairing them with action-based learning opportunities and a highly engaged alumni network, Ross creates an environment where students thrive and work diligently to achieve their professional goals, resulting in strong employment outcomes and national recognition.
