The Ross School of Business was named the No. 1 executive education provider in the United States in the Financial Times2026 ranking of EE programs worldwide.

Michigan Ross was ranked No. 1 in the United States for its open enrollment and custom programs this year. Among U.S. institutions, Ross also claimed the No. 1 spot in key open enrollment program categories, including faculty, course design, teaching methods and materials, preparation, quality of participants, and follow-up.

Michigan Ross EE was also ranked No. 1 in the United States for several custom program categories, including faculty, aims achieved, future use, new skills and learning, teaching methods and materials, program design, and preparation.

In addition to these U.S. rankings, Michigan Ross EE was also ranked No. 1 overall in the North America region for its open enrollment programs and No. 2 for its custom programs.

“I’m excited to see Michigan Ross Executive Education recognized as the No. 1 program in the United States for both custom and open-enrollment programs again this year,” said Gretchen Spreitzer, associate dean for executive and corporate relations.

“This honor reflects the exceptional dedication of our faculty and Executive Education team, as well as the confidence our community continues to place in us. I’m deeply appreciative and look forward to continuing to expand what executive learning can achieve.”

Michigan Ross EE Programs are designed to prepare executives to succeed in the rapidly changing business world. From learning to drive high-performing teams to understanding how to integrate AI solutions, more than 350,000 learners have improved themselves through open and custom-made programs, certificates, and coaching programs offered by Michigan Ross EE.

In 2025, Michigan Ross EE served more than 3,200 participants across 27 cities and 10 countries. Leaders around the world at companies like the Tata Group, Adient, OneMagnify, and Stellantis developed their leadership skills and expanded their impact.

Looking forward to the second half of 2026, Michigan Ross EE plans to partner with even more lifelong executive learners to delve deeper into topics such as advanced strategic leadership, the human side of AI, and leading through uncertainty.

EE Programs are currently offered in Ann Arbor, Michigan; online; and in locations worldwide, such as Mumbai, London, and Paris. Michigan Ross will also offer programs on the West Coast at its new Los Angeles campus later this year.

"We are very much looking forward to the opening of our beautiful new Ross campus in Downtown Los Angeles," Spreitzer said. "This addition will allow us to offer even more to our clients while creating a stronger environment for continued learning and connection.”
