The Ross School of Business continues to deliver a quality experience for Online MBA students, as demonstrated by another top-5 ranking by Poets&Quants

For the second straight year, and in its second year of eligibility, the Michigan Ross OMBA Program ranked No. 4 among U.S. schools in P&Q’s Online MBA Ranking 2024. The OMBA Program earned the ranking among 51 domestic peers.

P&Q’s ranking methodology gives equal weight to three primary criteria: admissions standards, the academic and extracurricular experience as measured by graduate satisfaction, and employment outcomes. P&Q’s rankings are compiled from data collected through two surveys — one by the school and the other by alumni who graduated between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023.

“We are proud to continue our strong performance in Poets&Quants’ rankings,” said S. Sriram, associate dean for graduate programs. “Our faculty and staff strive to deliver an exceptional program for our career-focused students, one that combines the academic rigor of a Michigan Ross MBA with a flexible and seamless online learning experience. This recognition is a reflection of their hard work.”

The newest members of the Michigan Ross OMBA Program include 101 accomplished professionals — 77% of whom are based outside of Michigan — who live and work in 24 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., as well as Ontario, Canada. These students come to Ross with an average of seven years of work experience in diverse professional backgrounds, including finance, healthcare, automotive, and the military. Their undergraduate degrees also span a wide range of disciplines, such as engineering, business and economics, and social science/humanities. Additionally, 39% already hold an advanced degree.
