Lead confidently in an AI-enabled workplace: Build the skills to navigate increasing complexity, ambiguity, and information overload while maintaining accountability for decisions and outcomes.
Leaders and managers with 5+ years of experience.
Mid- to senior-level managers responsible for performance, resource allocation, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Leaders in sales, product, and other highly interdependent roles where strong judgment and cross-functional coordination are essential.
Strengthening Human Judgment and Amplifying Performance.
Managers today are under pressure to make faster decisions in more complex environments, often with incomplete information and growing interdependence across teams, such as sales, operations, and product. AI can help leaders analyze performance, test scenarios, and spot patterns more quickly, but most organizations still lack clear ways to use these tools effectively in day-to-day management.
Throughout the program, AI is treated as an amplifier of judgment: not a replacement for it, and not a separate skill to be learned afterward. Participants will learn how to use AI to diagnose performance issues, pressure-test plans, model scenarios, and anticipate competitive or operational responses. The goal is not simply to use AI more often, but to use it more effectively in the moments where judgment matters most.
The real challenge of AI is not learning the technology. It is learning how to make sound decisions when AI produces more analysis, more options, and more ambiguity. This program equips managers to use AI with greater clarity and control, leading to better decisions, stronger cross-functional alignment, and more effective execution.
Participants will leave the program with hands-on experience using AI to:
Assess market conditions and identify the most important signals,
Design dashboards that support better decisions,
Diagnose the root causes of performance gaps,
Run what-if analyses and anticipate competitive or operational responses,
Balance AI-generated insights with managerial judgment.
