Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan offers more than 16 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, having helped clients from a wide range of industries and functions including manufacturing, IT, and banking. She has been guiding Executive MBAs navigating leadership challenges and career transitions at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business since 2009.  Besides her work at U-M, Lisa’s current clients also include a Midwest community bank and global Tier-1 auto supplier.  In 2014, Lisa was selected to be a preferred coaching provider for the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan.  

Lisa brings a broad business background to every client interaction, garnered through an early history in business process reengineering and IT consulting primarily in the automotive and consumer finance sectors. She has led teams in line and staff roles, and served as a leadership program manager, 360 feedback coach, and master trainer.

Lisa enjoys helping executives and high-potential managers clarify their leadership mission, vision, and value proposition. She supports clients in overcoming barriers to success and living their highest leadership potential.
