Career Background

Scott Egbert’s coaching is underpinned by over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate finance. At Intel Capital, he managed over $500M in equity investments and co-led multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. He also led FP&A for a global organization with over 10,000 employees and multi-billion- dollar revenue. Scott's passion for leadership development shone through as he spearheaded the finance manager development program, facilitated leadership training, and provided internal coaching. 

Following his corporate career, Scott launched his leadership and executive coaching practice. He is also a senior consultant and leader coach at Right Management and an adjunct career coach at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Scott has a proven record of accomplishment, coaching senior leaders across many industries, including high-tech, insurance, financial services, and healthcare. 

Scott also serves as Treasurer on the board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Oregon Chapter, further showcasing his dedication to the coaching profession. His experience, coupled with formal coaching training and certification, provides Scott with a unique and valuable perspective. Scott views coaching as a transformative journey focused on holistic leader development rather than mere skill acquisition. His coaching approach is rooted in goal orientation, ensuring that each client's aspirational objectives form the core of every engagement.
