Goodwill Industries of West Michigan is working to ensure that all unsold donations find a home. As a result we are developing a remanufacturing strategy for many of the materials that go unsold. We have partnered with an Israeli based company, Daika, to create new furniture and like products out of unsold wood based materials. Our goal would be for the U of M MAP MBA Students to help us develop a business plan, research regulatory/permitting requirements and provide/establish agreement drafts.

Develop strategy in order to replicate our appliance recycling operation in other states and other parts of the country, including market research, cost estimates, and potential revenue estimates.

Develop a staff recruitment strategy that will permit sustained growth in terms of impacting girls through sports, expanding our structured multi-sport programs nationwide and growing the revenue stream for a woman-owned business. Focus on Market and data analysis, research and strategic planning, and road mapping.
