Over the summer, students in the Michigan Ross Online MBA Program were able to participate in a new leadership elective that leveraged the ongoing pandemic — the greatest crisis in recent time — to create a virtual edition of one of the most intense and popular courses offered to MBAs.

Through the LBLE course, 123 graduate and undergraduate students at Michigan Ross had the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by acting as team leads on high-impact business projects for nine sponsoring organizations.
