Kurt J. Hilzinger

Kurt is currently a Partner with Court Square Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York City, where he is focused on making investments in the healthcare industry. In addition, he currently serves as Chairman of Humana, Inc. (NYSE: HUM).

Previously, Kurt served as President and Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, one of the worlds’ largest pharmaceutical services companies serving the United States, Canada and related global markets. Kurt also served on the board of AmerisourceBergen as well as Chairman of the Healthcare Distribution Association (HDA). Kurt currently serves on the boards of Outlook Therapeutics, Inc., (NASDAQ: OTLK) NDC, Inc., National Seating & Mobility, Inc., Celerion, Inc., and Integrated Prescription Management, Inc. He has also served as Chairman of the Harvard Drug Group, Inc., and on the boards of Western Dental Inc., Arizant Healthcare, Inc., Physiotherapy Associates, Inc., and Letco, Medical LLC.

In addition, Kurt also currently serves on the Board of the Presidential Advisors at Thomas Jefferson University and Healthcare System, and the Advisory Board at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Kurt received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and is a certified public accountant.
