Patrick Firlik, BBA '14, recently wrote a book titled "Define Yourself: A Guide to Identifying Your Life Principles and Creating Your Personal Compass". Russell Anmuth, BBA '93, a member of the Nexteon Technologies strategy team, announced that renowned venture capital pioneer Dixon Doll (MSE '65, Ph.D. '69) has joined the company’s Board of Directors. A number of notable University of Michigan alumni have been instrumental in helping Nexteon further its strategic objectives, including Strategic Advisory Board member Andrea Fischer Newman (AB '79, Michigan Regent 1995-2019) and investor Cabot J. Marks (AB '88). Additionally, nationally recognized air traffic engineering expert Dr. George Hunter (BSE Aero '80, MSE '82) also serves as Nexteon’s Chief Scientist. Congratulations! Est. 4.2021
Kelly (Kel) Dylla, MBA '08, was made the next executive director at Sitka Music Festival. Kel’s appointment comes at a pivotal time of change and opportunity for the organization with the re-opening this summer of the Miner Music Center at Stevenson Hall, a multi-million dollar renovation for SMF’s professional summer concert series and pre-professional cello seminar. Kel Dylla’s 25-year career has evolved from roots as a New York-based violist and teaching artist to an executive leader for arts organizations including the Seattle Symphony Orchestra and Kirkland Arts Center where she led key initiatives for community and audience engagement. William (Bill) Judice, BBA '89, Founder and President of Connecticut Country Productions recently released his first album by Ole Man Country entitled Vintage Rocker. The album consists of seven Country/Rock songs and is available on all the major streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify. Bill wrote all the lyrics and was also the executive producer of the album. Bill is currently working on releasing several additional singles which will be available throughout 2021. Bill also works closely with the U-M Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an Alumni Student Recruiter. [Est. 02.2021]
