Howard Prager, MBA ‘80, was selected to be a part of the Marshall Goldsmith MG100, out of 16,000 applicants. Many executives, authors, and coaches are part of this unique MG100 network which has met with the President of the World Bank, former Ford CEO Alan Mullaly, numerous Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, and Frances Hesselbein, President and founder of the Peter Drucker Foundation. Howard is a certified Stakeholder Centered Coach, and founder of his consulting firm Advance Learning Group.
Elle (Pamela) Starrett Ingalls, MBA ‘88, of Battle Creek, Michigan is the CEO of Pressure-Free Living LLC, and the creator of The Pressure-Free Method, a fast, effective method that reduces stress, anger and anxiety without having to take time off or slow down. She coaches C-level executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, educators and high-achieving students, gives corporate trainings, and is a keynote speaker. Elle has just been appointed Chair of the Advisory Board of Ingalls Pictures, a video-production company owned by her sons Hugh and Edmund "Ned" Ingalls in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Kevin E. Phillips, MBA ‘13, published his second book, Managing Millennials: The Ultimate Handbook for Productivity, Profitability, and Professionalism, in August, 2018. This book helps leaders know exactly what it takes to increase motivation, unleash talent, and transform potential into productivity.
Weiguo Fan, PhD ‘02, became the Henry Tippie Chair Professor in Business Analytics at The University of IOWA Tippie College of Business after 16 years of service at Virginia Tech. Fan does research in the business applications of IT and business analytics. He has published more than 200 refereed articles since graduation from Michigan.
Jeremy Kiger, MBA ‘15, was recently promoted to International Business Leader with Roche Molecular Systems. Kiger has been with Roche since 2001. Roche Molecular Diagnostics (RMD) develops, manufactures and supplies a wide array of innovative medical diagnostic products, tests, platforms and technologies, focusing on the revolutionary, Nobel-prize winning Polymerase Chain Reaction Technology (PCR) which quickly replicates a single specific fragment of DNA or RNA to quantities sufficient for accurate laboratory analysis. Kiger will be relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Anning Chen, MBA ‘04, was named CEO of Ford China, a new division for the automaker. Chen has experience with alliances and joint ventures and product development. He will lead the company’s operations in greater China, including all import and joint venture operations. Prior to this role, Chen served as CEO at Chery Automobile Ltd., and chairman of the board of directors, Chery Jaguar Land Rover, Automotive, China.
Michael Kolosowsky, MAcc ‘90, has joined the Energy & Natural Resources Group as a Managing Director with an emphasis on covering corporate clients across the midstream, power, and project finance segments to support Regions’ capital markets expansion. Kolosowsky will be based in Charlotte, N.C.
