Prior to Ross, I worked in client solutions and account management at an expert network start-up. I was responsible for client relationship building with key stakeholders and was also heavily involved with scaling the operations from a 45-member organisation to 250+ people over 4 years. I decided to come to Ross to expand my skill set, evolve my strategic thinking and learn from a diverse peer group. The Ross community stands out for its humility and collaborative culture and that is why I knew it was the right place for me.
