Ali Lamot

Prior to Ross, I graduated from Wake Forest University in 2017 and moved to the Bay Area with my wife and pet dog. I spent six years working in marketing at multiple technology companies before coming to Ross to pivot to a career in sustainability / consulting.

Uniquely, my first Ross experience was as a partner, my wife Taylor, is an MBA 2 and we moved to Ann Arbor in July 2022. I was immediately surprised at how welcoming the Ross community was to partners (Section 6). I was able to witness firsthand people's willingness to help one another, the power of the Ross network, and all that action-based learning offers. I'm excited to pay it forward as a student ambassador.

Ask me about the partner to student transition, football games at the Big House as a former Division 1 football player, moving to Ann Arbor from the West Coast, plants, or cheesecake (yes I said cheesecake!).
