Before Ross: A social innovator at heart, I worked in CVS Health’s Design & Innovation Lab where we combined design thinking and applied behavioral science to deliver health services that drive healthcare behavior change.

Why Ross: While I was hungry to build up the “business language” to be a louder voice for social innovation, I was intentional about where. Every student I met showed that Ross matched my needs — in its strong commitment to impact projects, countless action-based learning opportunities, and (best of all!) authentically caring community.
