Auez Ryskhanov

Prior to Ross, I worked in the Oil and Gas industry for nine years. After receiving my BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, I  returned back to Kazakhstan and started my career as an Electrical Engineer. I chose to pursue an MBA because I wanted to acquire a deeper understanding of the business world and develop the global leadership skills necessary for a career transition into consulting.

I chose Ross because it offered a unique combination of academic excellence, supportive community, variety of action-based learning opportunities, and a strong alignment with my career aspirations. I believe that Ross is the ideal place to help future leaders achieve their goals and make a meaningful impact in the world of business.
