Bing Moraras
After graduating in 2011, my professional experience has been in the field of Quality Engineering within the automotive industry growing into leadership roles throughout the organization. I combine my technical knowledge and communication skills to solve complex issues faced in manufacturing sites and in the supply chain as well as design processes to prevent them from occurring again.
In pursuing my MBA degree at Ross, I want to become an even stronger communicator and learn to effectively lead high performing cross-functional teams. The Ross MBA will help to broaden my career scope into different areas and prepare me to make larger decisions in a strategic role. An advantage about the Evening MBA program is that I can implement newly gained knowledge from the classroom immediately the next day. The program also provides flexibility in schedule and pace as I often have extended travel for work. Besides learning from the class material, I have gained diverse insight from my classmates.
My interests outside of the workplace and school are anything related to basketball, discovering new food, and traveling to places around the world. I am also actively involved in the Thai American communities and programs both in the Midwest and nationwide.
I would be glad to help answer any questions about the program, share my experience, or provide any advice for prospective students.
