Brianna Ross

My north star is to influence positive systemic change for underrepresented and underserved communities. I chose Ross for its inclusive and mission-driven leadership focus, as well as the numerous avenues to explore social impact through clubs, courses, and events.

Prior to Ross, I worked at Nike as a project and product manager at Nike. During my time there, I had the opportunity to co-develop and launch Nike footwear’s DEI, co-lead our Doernbecher Freestyle program, as well as serve as a mentor for underrepresented youth in Portland. These experiences coupled with my last role at Nike made it clear that I was hungry for a greater impact both personally and professionally.

At Ross, my goal is to explore impact investing (and venture capital more broadly), as well as entrepreneurship.
