One of my favorite aspects of the PhD program in MO was the broad training I received in methods and theoretical development. We take courses in both micro and macro perspectives on organizational behavior, qualitative and quantitative methods, and develop programming skills in the annual Big Data Camp. As a result, I was able to engage with research across a wide range of fields and see new ways of answering questions at the intersection of disciplines.
