Before business school, I spent six years in the Los Angeles area working in JPMorgan’s Commercial Bank. I started at JPMorgan as a rotational analyst. As an analyst, I expanded my credit analysis, relationship management, and core cash management skills by working with companies ranging from government entities to technology start-ups. As an Associate and later a Vice President, I focused on the Commercial Bank’s Technology and Disruptive Commerce business. I strategized with clients to design and implement their day-to-day cash management activities. At JPMorgan, I took on numerous opportunities to work on training and development projects. During this time, I discovered my passion for human capital. This discovery led me to apply to business school to hone my leadership skills and connect with a group of diverse thinkers focused on making a positive difference in the world.
As I began my search for the right MBA program, I felt an immediate connection in my conversations with current and former Ross students. The focus on putting students in real-life situations through the Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP) stood out to me as a differentiator of a Ross education. Ross is not only a home for me today but will continue to serve as my home base due to the power and connection of the Michigan network.
I enjoy living in Ann Arbor with my husband, Kevin, our two cats, Joey and Laurel, and our Shetland Sheepdog, Alfie. I’m excited to share my experience with you and answer any questions you may have. Go Blue!
