Before applying to Ross, I spent almost 7 years in the biotech industry at Genentech (globally known as Roche). I held a variety of roles all within technical operations. Most recently, I was in supply chain as a clinical distribution lead, leading the delivery of clinical medicine to patients enrolled in our global clinical trials. Before that, I was in a two year rotational program where worked on both analytical and strategic projects within technical regulatory, quality control, manufacturing, and commercial supply chain.
Outside of my professional work, I love to dance, listen to music, and enjoy art. While I felt that I gained a well rounded experience within biotech operations, I wanted to pivot into a career path that allowed me to use my creative strengths as well. I am hoping to secure a brand management role to combine my operational knowledge with the creativity and consumer empathy to market great products.
I came to Ross because the program has excellent hands-on learning experiences, an awesome close-knit community, and all of the best resources for career switchers like myself. Feel free to reach out if you're curious about marketing, healthcare, having a dog at Ross, or whatever else!
