Born in Shanghai, my world changed after watching my aunt bravely fight a rare disease. This personal experience ignited my passion for healthcare, prompting me to attend medical school and, subsequently, delve into the pharmaceutical industry. Over nine years, I have dedicated my career to companies like Roche and Novartis, specializing in launching new drugs. From my initial role in sales to my ascent as a marketing manager, my unwavering commitment has been clear: to leave no patient behind. Through my relentless efforts, I have significantly improved drug accessibility and affordability, positively impacting 7 million Chinese patients. Yet, my heart tells me there are more lives to save. That's why I am drawn to Ross, eager to dive deeper and find innovative ways to further transform healthcare.
