John Minnehan

I am originally from Tampa, Florida, and before coming to Ross, I worked as a nuclear engineer on a submarine in the US Navy, the USS Tennessee (SSBN-734). During my time in the Navy, I gained experience leading teams in high-pressure environments and tackling complex technical challenges. I am now looking to apply these leadership and analytical skills to a career in investment banking, with a focus on energy and industrial transactions. I am thrilled to be part of the warm and diverse community at Ross, where students successfully balance the professional and social aspects of the MBA program. Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy running, working out at the gym, reading, learning how to play volleyball, and tinkering with cars.
