I attended Ross as an undergrad and graduated with a BBA in 2013. Ross courses and extracurricular opportunities gave me fundamental business knowledge and also made me appreciate the positive role business can play in society. I joined Ford for a marketing rotational program after graduation, and have been working there since. The automotive industry is fascinating, and I love doing marketing for a product I'm passionate about. I've had my head set on an MBA since before leaving undergrad. After moving back to Michigan from a rotation in Seattle, it was time to make it happen. Returning to Ross was an obvious choice, with its top-ranked program, weekend structure, and close proximity (and of course, I bleed Maize and Blue). I wanted to keep my salary while earning the MBA, and the Weekend program schedule was perfect. I also really value the hands-on approach. The best thing about Ross, though, is the people. There's an amazing energy in the school at all times, with smart, ambitious people from diverse backgrounds working together on interesting problems. The Ross Weekend MBA is a challenging and rewarding program with a strong sense of community, since the cohort stays together throughout the two years.
