Joshua May
I was raised in the suburbs surrounding Boston and then studied Business Management at Hofstra University. I was an Army ROTC cadet and earned my commission as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. I spent 11 years in the active Army. I deployed twice to Afghanistan, once as a Platoon Leader, once as an Executive officer, and once to Iraq as a Company Commander. I spent time in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alaska. I am a proud husband to a wife with a successful career. We have one 4-year-old son and another son on the way shortly, so we are thrilled to talk to prospective families!
While I loved my time in the Army, the family and I decided to pivot. An MBA was the best option for ensuring a successful transition out of a non-traditional role into the corporate management world.
I chose Ross due to the emphasis on action-based learning, tight-knit community, and the opportunities provided to all students across the globe. I plan to recruit for Rotational/Leadership Development programs. I look forward to giving back to prospective students and the veteran community!
