Jude Mabone
Before moving to A2 and joining the Michigan Ross community, I was living and working in Washington, DC and serving the community as Miss District of Columbia 2023. I graduated with my B.A. in international studies from American University where I ran four years of division I track and cross country. It was there that I realized my passion for the Olympic Games and knew that I wanted to pursue a career in sports.
I was introduced to the Ross community two years ago when my best friend was pursuing her MBA here and I knew that I wanted Ross and the University of Michigan to be part of my story. Since arriving on campus, I’ve gotten very involved with a number of clubs and am proudly serving as president of section 3 (the best section)!
Ross is an incredibly inclusive community where diversity is our strength. People here are unbelievably bright and accomplished, but also carry themselves with humility and grace. We take our work seriously but we don’t take ourselves too seriously and that makes for a fantastic learning experience and a lot of fun.
Feel free to ask me about Saturday mornings at The Bus, action-based learning opportunities, leadership development, life in Ann Arbor with a dog (shout out to Waffle the Frenchie) and the best running spots in Ann Arbor. I am honored to serve as a student ambassador for prospective students interested in pursuing the Full-Time MBA program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Go Blue!
