I am currently employed as a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst for Flagstar Bank and have been in the banking industry for over seven years. What I've really enjoyed about Ross has been the curriculum. The classes are interesting, thought provoking, and engaging. Classes also deal with real life situations and that has allowed me to spot and fix issues early on at work. The diverse background of the students is another big selling point about Ross. It's been great learning and listening to my classmates tell work stories on an issue relating to the class.
