Meghna Jain
Hi! I am Meghna, a Ross MBA graduate (class of 2026).
I am originally from New Delhi and moved to the U.S. in 2016 to pursue a master's in international relations. After finishing my studies, I spent 3.5 years at a market research firm in Washington, D.C., analyzing market data and giving strategic recommendations to clients across industries. I then joined a private equity consulting firm in Chicago, where I helped PE clients evaluate growth opportunities, weigh risks, and find ways to create value in potential acquisitions. Today I am a Product Development Manager at Stellantis Financial Services, where I lead a team of analysts on strategic initiatives that improve how we operate and grow.
I chose to pursue my MBA to expand my network and deepen my business expertise. The Weekend MBA format struck the perfect balance, giving me access to a top business school while keeping the flexibility to manage my work and personal life. What I value the most about my time at Ross is its cohort-based structure and its focus on learning by doing, through real projects and coursework. Participating in programs such as the Ross Leaders Academy, Michigan Ross Leader Endorsement, Leadership Crisis Challenge, and the nonprofit board fellowship with Business + Impact made me a more well-rounded leader who can guide and inspire teams in any situation with confidence and empathy. On top of these experiences, the people I met and friendships I formed truly made my time a lot more rewarding.
In my spare time, I enjoy tennis and pickleball, reading fiction, watching thrillers and true-crime documentaries, and spending time with my husband. If you would like to learn more about Ross or post-Ross experiences, feel free to reach out.
