Mohiika Rastogi

Before joining Ross, I spent 7 years in the Financial Services industry, where I worked across a diverse range of roles in Investment Management, Analytics, and Strategy. My experience spans across Insurance, Sell-side brokerage firm, and banking, providing me with a holistic view of the financial landscape.

I came to Ross to gain a well-rounded understanding of all the nuances of business. What truly drew me to Ross was the incredible sense of community and how everyone is genuinely invested in your success.

Outside of work, I am passionate about fostering inclusion and empowering women, both personally and professionally. I’m also a strong advocate for mental health awareness, believing in the importance of supporting well-being in all areas of life.
