Class of 2026

Pre-Ross: I worked as a Talent Data Analyst at WildBrain, where I provided talent insights to executives and optimized various HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Prior to that, I was a CPG market researcher, optimizing dog food packaging and Walmart aisles—mostly through quantitative work.

Background: In 2017, I moved from South Korea to Toronto in search of a more inclusive social environment. I spent the last seven years in Toronto, where I volunteered for an Immigrant Women's Collective. Fostering a community has always been an important part of my life.

Reason to Join Ross: I decided to join Ross because it offers strong academic and professional support for human resource professionals who are passionate about building truly healthy organizations. Plus, I absolutely loved the Ross people I spoke with.

My Favorite Part of Ross: Everyone I meet here has such a unique background and shockingly interesting story. It is truly amazing how they have curated such a diverse and distinctive crowd.

I remember feeling a bit lost during the MBA application process. As an immigrant with a non-traditional background, I owe everything I’ve achieved to those who took the time to chat with me. I’m excited to give back. If you'd like to talk about careers in human resources, non-profit fellowships, life in Ann Arbor with a partner, whether you REALLY need a car in Ann Arbor, or anything else, I’m here to help!
