Before joining Ross, I worked in Higher Education admissions. As a first-generation student, I became passionate about creating equitable and accessible pathways for underrepresented students and dedicated my time to providing support and guidance to students navigating the college admissions process. 

What drew me to Ross was its unique and inclusive culture. I was searching for a community that would not only help me grow into the leader I want to be but also make me feel welcomed and seen. Ross exceeded my expectations. The warmth and willingness of everyone here to engage in open, honest, and vulnerable conversations immediately struck me. It's a place where I knew I could thrive and contribute.
