Niranjana Venkataramanan

Class of 2026

Growing up across five cities in India, I developed a deep love for exploring new cultures and perspectives—something that continues to shape both my personal and professional journey.

I have five years of experience spanning private equity, program analytics, and employee engagement. Before coming to Ross, I worked at SELCO Foundation, where I contributed to uplifting communities through financing and clean energy solutions. Prior to that, I was at TresVista, supporting private equity clients through all stages of a deal and later leading HR Employee Engagement programs to strengthen company culture during the pandemic.

Ross stood out to me for its emphasis on experiential learning and its incredibly supportive community. I couldn’t be more excited to immerse myself in the opportunities here—from sharpening my leadership and problem-solving skills to building lifelong connections.

Outside of work and school, I’m passionate about choreographing and teaching dance, hosting events and game nights, brewing specialty coffee, and diving into adventure sports like skydiving, cliff jumping, and kayaking. I’m always ready to try something new!
