Pablo Solis

I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and I have a deep passion for team sports and the experience of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, learning from each other, and collectively overcoming challenges. Prior to joining Ross, I embarked on my professional journey in the field of supply chain management. In this role, I navigated complex logistics processes and actively participated in various projects across Latin America over a span of five years.

Seeking an environment that offered me constant challenges and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people, I transitioned to a career in consulting. My focus primarily centered on the financial services sector, with a strong tie to the tech industry.

There were several compelling reasons behind my choice to enroll at Ross, but two factors stood out prominently. Firstly, I was drawn to the action-learning approach, which I believed would provide me with valuable hands-on experiences. Secondly, Ross's reputation for fostering a collaborative community that extends across the globe greatly appealed to me. Along my journey, I consistently found support and camaraderie, and I was always met with warm smiles when I inquired about others' experiences at Ross. I am more than delighted to pay it forward and offer assistance to prospective students.
